Location: Western and Southern Iceland (Pickup: 10AM at Reykjavik Airport KEF or Hotel in Reykjavik, Drop off: Noon)

Group Size: Maximum of 4 Participants

Skill Level: Photographers of all skill levels welcome

Difficulty: Very minimum physical effort will be required, we will be doing some short hikes but most places are accessible by vehicle

Overview

Iceland is an island made up of a chain of dozens of volcanoes located in the Arctic Circle. Among its unique and diverse landscape we will find glaciers, mountains, coastlines, lakes, icebergs, and hundreds of waterfalls. In my incredible photography tour we will be exploring breathtaking locations along the Southern Coast as well as the West. My goal for this photography tour is to give you a memorable experience shooting in a unique part of the world you might otherwise not be able to see, while creating beautiful images of pristine landscapes, rugged coastlines, volcanic formations, and vibrant Aurora Borealis, all at an affordable price.

Since I have been to Iceland several times before I will be able to guide our group to many iconic locations as well as obscure, less traveled ones. I am familiar with the weather patterns and how and when lighting and conditions can work best in our favor. As we travel around and sleep in our camper van, our shooting schedule will mainly be focused to capture sunrises, sunsets, and the Northern Lights. However, I like to refrain from a strict schedule so that we don’t miss out on unique lighting and photo opportunities we may have throughout the day. This tour will be in a smaller group so that we can move around at a quicker pace and I can better assist each one of you to capture the images you envision.

Throughout the entire trip, I will be sharing my own personal photography techniques that I use to create my images in order to help you to be able to achieve your own photography goals and return home with the photos you want.
